1. Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products (luxury yachts), returns are generally not accepted once a transaction is completed and the yacht is delivered. Nevertheless, we understand that certain circumstances may arise, and we are committed to working with you to find a solution.
A. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Return Request Period: Return requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Yacht Condition: The yacht must be in its original, unused condition with no alterations or damages. Any modifications, including customized features, may void the return policy.
- Documentation: A valid proof of purchase must be provided along with the return request.
B. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products and services are non-returnable due to their nature. These include:
- Customized Yachts: Yachts that have been modified to suit the specific needs of the customer (e.g., custom design, layout, or features).
- Damaged Items: Yachts or products that have been damaged after delivery or through misuse are not eligible for return.
- Special Orders: Yachts or products ordered through special requests are not eligible for returns unless stated otherwise.
C. Return Shipping
If the return is accepted, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. The yacht must be shipped back to the location designated by our customer service team. You may want to consider purchasing insurance for the return shipping to ensure the yacht arrives safely.
2. Refund Policy
Once we have received and inspected the returned yacht or product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
A. Refund Conditions
Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- Full Refund: If a return is accepted due to a defective product or mistakes made during the purchase process, we will offer a full refund.
- Partial Refund: In cases where a yacht or product has been used or modified, we may offer a partial refund. The amount will be determined based on the extent of usage and condition of the item.
- Refund Timeframe: Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 15 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
B. Non-Refundable Fees
Please note that shipping charges, handling fees, and customization costs are non-refundable. If the yacht or product was delivered with special arrangements or to a remote location, additional delivery fees may not be refunded.
3. Exchanges
At Offtopic.click, we generally do not offer exchanges for yachts or related products. If you wish to receive a different model or style, we recommend returning your original purchase for a refund (if eligible) and placing a new order.
4. How to Request a Return or Refund
If you wish to request a return or refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@offtopic.click within 7 days of receiving the yacht. Include your order number, proof of purchase, and a description of the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for shipping the yacht back.
- Shipping: Carefully pack the yacht in its original packaging (if possible) and ship it back to the designated address. Ensure that the Return Authorization Number is clearly visible on the package.
- Inspection and Refund Processing: Once we receive your return, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions. After inspection, we will notify you of the outcome and process your refund if applicable.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If your yacht or product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately (within 7 days of receipt). We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Please retain all packaging material and take clear photos of any visible damage for our records.
6. Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel your order before shipment or delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that are still in the processing stage can be canceled without penalty. Once an order has shipped, we can no longer process cancellations, and the return policy will apply.
